Facilities Use Request

Please fill out the electronic form below and click send when done. Or, follow the link below to print off and send the request to the church office. Someone from the church will contact within two business days. Please contact the church office at (503) 325-1702, if you would like a copy of the form sent to you.

Please note:

  • A $50 deposit and $75 cleaning fees totaling $125 must be mailed to the church office at the time of the request:
    • Make checks out to First Presbyterian Church of Astoria
    • Send checks to:

  • For rental requests that are for more than one event or occasion, regardless of the frequency, please contact the church office.
  • All requests are reviewed by our Facilities Management Team for approval.
  • An advanced notice of at least 30 days is required for all rentals.
